CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, please contact me by phone at (270)283-0190 as soon as possible to accommodate your situation. Emergency situations may not be subject to cancellation fees. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Additional Cancellation Policies for Memberships Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, the following policies apply: Clients who book the Membership Full Set option as a first-time client and receive the service are required to maintain their membership for a minimum of 2 months. If you cancel your membership before your first monthly payment is due, a $50 fee will be charged to cover a portion of the discounted services received. All membership cancellations must be submitted on or before the 15th of the month. If a membership is canceled after the 15th, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If the membership is canceled on or before the 15th, no cancellation fee will be charged.
